Information on your telephone appointment with a licensed Benefits Advisor will be mailed to your home soon. To be best prepared for the call, review the resources provided on this website and through mail. Write down any questions you have so you will be able to discuss them during your appointment. You’ll be more prepared to choose your new health coverage.

 

Confirm or Reschedule Your Appointment

(for Medicare-Eligible retirees only)

Please keep in mind that due to Medicare regulations, a licensed Benefits Advisor from Aon Retiree Health Exchange cannot speak to you unless you confirm your appointment. Once you receive telephone appointment details, confirm or reschedule your appointment by visiting the Aon Retiree Health Exchange website.

 

Special Enrollment Period for 2019

Reminder for all OPF retirees: Your Special Enrollment Period ends on March 1, 2019 and you may still qualify for the stipend. But if you don’t enroll by December 31st for coverage to start January 1, 2019, you’ll have a gap in coverage. So don’t delay! Call 1-844-290-3674 (TTY 711), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. Eastern Time.
