Prepare

Information on your telephone appointment with a licensed Benefits Advisor will be mailed to you in April for Medicare Eligible retirees. To be best prepared for the call, review the resources provided on this website and through mail. Write down any questions you have so you will be able to discuss them during your appointment. You’ll be more prepared to choose your new health coverage.

 

Confirm or Reschedule Your Appointment

Please keep in mind that due to Medicare regulations, a licensed Benefits Advisor from Aon Retiree Health Exchange cannot speak to you unless you confirm your appointment. Once you receive telephone appointment details in April, confirm or reschedule your appointment by visiting the Aon Retiree Health Exchange website or calling 1-844-290-3674 (TTY 711).
